It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase that is why we offer a credit note only in cases which:
◦ The item does not fit you
◦ You are not satisfied with the quality
◦ Or you have simply changed your mind
Provided that:
◦ The item is unworn and in original conditions with all the tags still attached and in kept in the original packaging.
◦ The item is returned to us within 7 days from delivery date
◦ A receipt and proof of purchase is available
◦ We are notified via email that you would like to exchange an item 48 hours after receiving it
◦ The goods are returned to us in the same condition it was sent out. It must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.
◦ When exchanging an item, you must also provide a satchel or pay for one, for use in the exchange. Shari Benjamin does not cover the cost of the satchel for the exchange of goods.

*Sale items and swimwear are excluded.
*Customer must cover shipping fees for exchanges.
*Exchanges after the stipulated period will not be accepted

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice, however we can provide you with a credit note equivalent to the price of the item/s you purchased.

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being delivered damaged or not as advertised, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:
◦ You notify us within 14 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof
◦ Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff
◦ The goods are returned to us in the same condition it was sent out. It must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.

Please note:
Items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered as faulty.
Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. However if your refund has taken longer than this period, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.

How to Return/Exchange

All returns must follow the Shari Benjamin returns process:
Email hello@sharibejnamin.comto receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number) and Return Address. You must provide your original order number; explain your reason for return and if you require an exchange or a refund. Print out the returns note that you receive once you have a confirmation email from us, and please place with your return package
Upon receiving your RA# code please ensure your parcel is back to us within 7 days & international customers 15 days (we will be in contact with you once we receive it)

Important Information

We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment. All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Shari Benjamin will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
