  • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

    You will receive an email of confirmation once your order has been placed successfully.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    AUSTRALIA:

    We ship Australia orders via express post, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order.

    We also provide regular postage, please allow 2-10 working days.

    INTERNATIONAL:

    We ship Express international shipments via DHL Express, please allow between 1-4 business days to receive your order, depending on your location.

    We also provide standard shipping via Australia post at a flat rate of $25, please allow 7-14 working days.

  • WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

    If you have ordered a pre-order item, this means the particular item is currently sold out and in the process of being restocked. There is an estimated wait time noted on each preorder item.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any items ordered alongside a pre-order item will be held back and dispatched when the pre-order item is in stock. Generally, pre-order items are dispatched between 1-4 weeks.

    PRE-ORDERS:

    All orders containing a pre-order item will have an estimated dispatch date noted in the item description. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered.

    Please note: Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order, will hold back the delivery. Email us at hello@sharibenjamin.com if you would like to arrange an alternative.

  • HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information.

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept payment via all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERCIAN EXPRESS), we also accept payment via PayPal.

  • WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES OR DUTIES & TAXES?

    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied depending on the country of delivery. SHARI BENJAMIN has no knowledge or control over any of these charges being put forward and cannot predict the cost of duties as they vary from country to country. Once the package reaches the country of destination, these charges are the responsibility of the customer to pay. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order, the courier may return the order to SHARI BENJAMIN. In the event that this happens, the cost of return, initial shipping, and any further required additional charges applied by the courier will be deducted from your refund amount. Orders placed within Australia are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax), International orders are exempt from GST charges.

  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

    You will be charged in $AUD upon placement of your order, regardless whether it contains a preorder or not. Any transactions made will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account as soon as your order has been confirmed, upon confirmation you will receive an email notification with your order details.

  • WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED IN?

    All our pricing is listed in $AUD. You may use the sites currency converter, however when you checkout all prices will be charged in $AUD. That means that your financial institution will automatically convert the amount to your own currency once you place the order.

    The best way to determine what size will fit you best is by using our size guide. This provides information regarding international size conversion and a measuring guide.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. Simply click on the tracking number and it will lead you to the courier website where your parcels location is displayed, alternatively, use the links below and paste in your tracking number.

    We ship all Australia orders via express post, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order.

Unfortunately, BOSSA cannot control any of these charges being put forward and cannot predict the cost of duties as they vary from country to country.   • DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

    Only international orders will be subjected to sign for deliveries. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, it may be taken to the nearest depot where it can be picked up from or redelivered upon request, generally a card will be left by the courier providing details on how to do this.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COTS?

    Australian orders are delivered via Australia Post Express

    Orders under $100 - $10.50AUD

    Orders over $100 - Free Express next day delivery

    or

    Australia Standard Post

    Orders over $50 – Free Regular shipping

    Orders under $50 – $7.99 for regular shipping

    International orders are shipped via standard shipping at a flat rate of $25AUD

    or

    DHL Express shipping to US and Canada at $40AUD and DHL Express shipping to the rest of the world at $50AUD

    Delivery costs are additional to your total order cost and are indicated separately on your invoice, unless a free shipping promotion is running.

RETURNS

  • WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING I ORDERED IS FAULTY?

    If you have received a faulty item, email us right away and detail the fault to our customer service team, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

  • HOW DO I BOOK A RETURN?

    To book in your return you need to notify us via email at hello@sharibenjain.com please be sure to include your full name and order number in your email.

    PLEASE NOTE: You can only return your item if it abides to our T&C's regarding returns.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE ON A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

    Yes, the customer is required to cover all return postage costs on returns and exchanges, unless SHARI BENJAMIN has sent you an incorrect or faulty item.

  • HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

    We will email you with a confirmation once we have received your return parcel. Once we have received your return parcel and it is inspected by our team, a credit note will be issued which you can use to purchase a replacement Depending on the method of shipment and where you have returned your item from, it may take from 7 days to process your return parcel. It is recommended that you provide us with tracking details for your return parcel as SHARI BENJAMIN will not be liable for any lost deliveries.

  • HOW LONG AFTER I RECEIVE MY ORDER CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

    We accept return/exchanges on full priced items within 7 days receipt of the goods for Australian orders and 14 days of receipt of delivery for international orders. Returns after the stipulated period will not be accepted.
